Release stress, pain and tension
During your massage appointment, you can expect a personalised and relaxing experience tailored to your needs. Each session begins with a consultation to discuss what you are seeking from the treatment, as well as any injuries, areas of pain, or tension you'd like addressed. Based on your goals, I may recommend a course of care to help you achieve lasting results. After your massage, I will provide tailored aftercare advice, including tips to maintain your well-being and support your recovery. My goal is to create a supportive and calming environment to help you feel your best.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage will use a combination of deep, slow and long strokes and pressures combined with breathing techniques to ensure you stay relaxed to get the best results. Deep tissue is a relaxing and restorative treatment, great for breaking down scar tissue, increasing blood circulation and releasing deep-rooted muscular tension.
Therapeutic Massage
Therapeutic massage uses a combination of techniques that your body needs to treat specific complaints, while simultaneously relaxing and restoring your muscles... and of course reducing stress! Sometimes when we feel very stressed our bodies need a more gentle approach, so this treatment is a great option if this is what you are currently experiencing.
Traditional Chinese Massage
Tui Na is a traditional Chinese massage which has been practised for more than 4,000 years. ‘Tui’ means ‘ push’ and ‘Na’ means ‘grasp’. Tui Na is used to treat a variety of ailments and conditions including sports injuries, wear and tear, arthritis, RSI, and stress related disorders. Tui Na works on the body's meridian system (energetic currents running throughout the body) and stimulates Qi points on these channels. This treatment is known to boost vitality, the immune system, and overall wellbeing.
